Bhubaneswar: Allegations of child theft in the capital. Shubham, a 12-year-old boy, was kidnapped yesterday in Prashanti, Bihar. The miscreants cleverly put Shubham in a car towards the Baranga. Shubham then called his family from a fruit shop. The kidnapping was captured on CCTV.
While the capital has many crimes like day to day theft and kidnapping, it is doubtful how safe the people of the capital are.
